I got a coffee on rt1 south further back. My coffee was horrible so I stopped at 533 Broadway saugus which was the next dunks on route 1. I waited in line, and I brought a tip since they’d be making my coffee again. When I asked the young girl, she replied, ” I can’t do that, this is a different owner” I used to work at Dunkins, and I promise you that was never a response we could give. I said “so you’re telling me that I have to turn around, go back up route 1 the opposite way, in 3pm traffic, to fix my coffee that the other one already screwed up?” And, it didnt just need sugar, it needs different coffee…. the coffee was no good and tasted like a fireplace. She shrugged her shoulders and then walked away. I felt disrespected, and unheard. I know damn well if I was that girls friend, she would’ve had no problem making me another one. Any normal, ready to work person, would’ve understood and made me another one.

I borrowed my friend’s phone to place an online order…..apparently I somehow hit oat milk when I wanted cream. There was an error on the ap that didn’t let me check the order. I tried to explain the mistake and ask the employee to fix it. The employee was making the drink as I came in and was not willing to fix it. Ok…it was my mistake, but it’s not like the cost comes out of the employee’s check! I said nevermind and took the oat milk drink…the employee rolled their eyes at me….at least wait until I leave to react! It’s the polite thing to do.

The lady was completely nasty…I got there at 3am…the sign says open 24 hours…I was waiting until it opened again..I knew was closed … I didn’t know it had just closed not being from the area ..instead of coming to me and asking or talking to me ..she did the rudest thing you do to a customer… She called the police on me for no reason…blond hair lady needs to be fired…never coming back

Went during the day through drive thru and ordered English muffins toasted dark. When I got them they were just a little toasted and not dark. I give them back to the lady in the drive thru window and I pull over and wait for them to come out with my food. A tall man comes out with no gloves holding my English muffin with his bare hands and says I cannot toast this anymore. He had attitude with me. I said I get it toasted dark all the time. He was bickering with me back and forth like a high school girl

If you go to this Dunkin at night time you are going to lose you time. Today I was standing at the drive thru for 8 min and no one answered on the speaker, I turned around to ask for my coffee inside and the door was locked, I touched the window because there were two people working they looked at me and kept talking to each other as if nothing it will happen. Behind me there were 5 cars waiting and they all left. A few days ago the attention was very good, but now it is terrible

Woman that works there is psychotic, She has one tooth in her mouth and crazy eyes. She started screaming at me, making a fool out of me in front of the whole store. Simply because I asked for something that I thought she forgot. When I asked for her managers name, I was told that they can’t disclose that information! I’ve gone in to this dunks in the past and have always felt uncomfortable putting my order in with her. Will never go back to this establishment again!

Wow.. would not suggest anyone go here ever. Unsanitary, and workers are the most disrespectful people I’ve ever come across in the food service industry. Ordered a coffee on the go, waited 10+ minutes at the “on the go” window.. no one will make eye contact with me, or acknowledge that I was there until I finally had to walk up to the main counter and ask for my coffee
