This is exactly what you’d want from a barbecue place, which this town hasn’t really had before. There’s plenty of places in town that offer a barbecue sandwich, but I think this blows all of them away.

The beef brisket was dry and bland but the pork was off the chain with flavor so of the best I’ve had the chicken was fall of the bone tender and delicious mac n cheese needed a little more seasoning and the hushpuppies were excellent.

Recently opened in Downtown Elkin, NC. This was some of the best pork and beef BBQ that I’ve had in a while. The beef brisket sandwich and pork sliders were amazing! Mac and cheese like Grandma used to make. The fried green beans were extremely good. Highly recommended place to eat!

We had a large group of 24 at lunchtime, we didn’t wait more than 10-15 minutes for our food. The food and service were top notch! I got the Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich, it was absolutely delicious! The Bold Barbecue sauce was my favorite, many in our group loved the Crazy Pig too. This is a must when you come to visit Elkin!

We went as a party of four tonight. First I was greeted by the friendly staff, then the owner came and let me sample a delicious Mango craft beer, to help me make my choice! He also told us the most popular items on the menu. We decided on 4 different menu items. I had the Beef Brisket Sandwich and let me tell you, it was the best I’ve ever had. WOWWWW! The sauces are amazing too. I happen to love spicy, so I had the Mango Bbq sauce. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
