The sushi was fresh and delicious, but, when I called in the order for an all raw dish platter and weren’t to pick it up, I found that the platter was a mixed raw, cooked, and spicy tuna and salmon combination. I didn’t have time to have the platter remade, so I took it as is. It was finished by my guests, but they commented about it as they had heard me place the order. Sadly amusing, the order ticket attached to the platter said RAW fish.
