I really like the simplicity of people doing what they love. It seems these guys love what they do. They are some of the hardest working staff I have seen. As I am standing there for about the 9th time of ordering Burrito Verdes I see how hard they work. I love the talent seen in the traditional decor. Did I say we love the Burrito Verdes “Steak”! My wife and I share and it is under $12.00. I love Mexican food!

I much rather leave a 5 star review but here I just couldn’t. We were seated quickly at a booth in the back of the restaurant that felt like a dungeon. It was dark and not very appealing with several chairs stacked next to the table. After being seated we waited a while before being able to order. I was tempted to leave. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Extremely cold water. The floor had paper towels across the floor. While I was in the restroom, my fiancé ordered a margarita. We were nearly finished eating before it arrived at the table. I ordered a lunch combo burrito, taco, and beans. The beef on the taco and burrito were flavorless. The beans were filled with cheese. I love Mexican food, but this restaurant left much to be desired. With the food and service I probably would not return.

Omg this is the Mexican food restaurant u need to go to!! Very helpful and friendly staff! Even had my furbaby and no problems. The drinks and food were phenomenal!! If u want authentic Mexican food u need to go here!! In shopping center with Dominos pizza and a Chinese food restaurant and food lion! Little whole in the wall that is so worth it!!

I ate here twice before leaving this review. On our first experience, the food was decent but the service was pretty bad. Almost everyone who worked there seemed annoyed that we had decided to eat there. There were no smiling faces and everyone seemed pretty miserable. But the food was ok, so we came back a few weeks later. On this visit, the staff was slightly more friendly but not much. However, the food was mediocre and my fajitas were burned, with much of it stuck to the pan. It was on this visit that we noticed how unclean things seemed to be. The tables were nasty and on the wall beside my face was something that could best be described as a greasy booger. Maybe it wasn’t a booger. Maybe it was ancient guacamole that had been carelessly flung against the wall. Perhaps, in a fit of rage by one of the angry staff members. But it looked like a booger. And it didn’t help my appetite. The combination of bad service, wall boogers and mediocre food has made us decide to never return.

Excellent food!! Low prices! I’m impressed. If I ever drive through here again, I’ll be back. My food was so hot when it arrived at the table the sauces were still boiling. Our server was excellent. The wings were crispy and not breaded, thankfully. They were perfect.

Best Mexican food in town and best prices by far! They only have a few wait staff so service can sometimes be slow but it’s worth the wait bc the food is always amazing with large portions. We always take some home!

Forgot my food. Forgot chips,forgot my drink and forgot silver Ware.waited 30 minutes after my party already ate. Yes 4 different times. When I asked they responded by , well just don’t leave a tip and then laughed at me.I Asked for manager and they lied and said manager wasn’t there. Left and called back and so called manager answered then hung up the phone on me. Total disrespect.
