This is usually our favorite location to get JJs. We waited in the drive through for 20 min(I get there is a labor shortage and there can be longer waits) no biggie. The problem is we ordered 2 salads that we have ordered before and have always been excellent. This time they looked like someone threw up in the containers. The containers were only half full and looked like absolute garbage. Very disappointed and sad that management would let the quality at this location suffer so much.

I’ve eaten here three times in the past month. Each time, I ordered an unwich. First time, it was absolutely awesome. The second time, I was picking out a few pieces of old, red, rotten lettuce. Last time, this past week, my unwich was mostly filled with old, red lettuce. If it were in a sandwich, I would car e but could look the other way. When the whole thing is made of lettuce, this is starting to get a little gross.

Good subs, plenty of meat on my JJ Gargantuan. Jalapeño chips were decent. That big pickle was just divine. And they were so fast, both our subs were handed to us before the card got approved.

This is the WORST Jimmy Johns. I wish we still had the Jimmy Johns on Tower Drive, because this one is terrible. Their subs are always lack luster, the ingredients never seem very fresh and the wait times are INSANE. I don’t think there is a slower JJ’s in the entire US. I have never ordered from here and gotten my food in less than an hour! Even when I have ordered at the restaurant, it takes them them 15-20 minutes to make the sandwich. This JJ’s is atrocious.

This is the slowest jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. I can no longer come here when I’ve only got a quick window to grab lunch. Last time I waited for a total of 25 minutes to order and get my food – definitely not subs so fast you’ll freak.

I never write reviews but tonight I was so frustrated I ordered my food and added some ingredients to my subs which I dint get on them ( usually it’s cheese I also never usually get after I do have them add it ) after I checked my bag and was charged more then what I did order they dint confirm my order in drive thru and or amount went back in and they did void it got home checked the food and those ingredients I did ask for wasn’t added and went back to re order and out of bread terrible experience today they need to start checking more on adding ingredients to the subs when asked
