Love love love the pizza! Never have had an issue and I order at least 2 times a month. Last time I ordered 2 strawberry fantas with my order and they must’ve ran out beforehand so the driver went above and beyond and brought me multiple 20 oz sodas to choose from!

I went to Domino’s for the first time in years and after this last experience I remember why I have not been there in years. We came in the store to place a carry out order… It really was not that busy. A few customers in there but definitely not super busy. They was plenty of people working at this location and yet the wait time was ridiculous long. So we placed our order And took a seat to wait until it was done. They told us 20-25 minutes. Ok so we wait and wait and wait. It’s now at the 45 minute mark and every one who was waiting that was right before us got there order and left. Well we were still waiting. Finally a worker asked why we are waiting we said our order was not called yet. He asked what we ordered and he couldn’t find the order of what we had ordered . It turned out they made something different than what we ordered on our order. The pizza was correct but our side was different from what we ordered. He offered to remake it but it’s getting really late so we just took the mistake they made because it would take another 20+ minutes to fix the mistake. All while we waited the workers were busy making the food but the music was really loud and they were jamming to the music as they worked which I really don’t have a issue with but they definitely were not paying attention to the surroundings as customers were having to wait for their oder because it was not called out when it was done. It sat in the warmer for at least 20+ minutes and the order was not correct. The food tasted good but the service definitely was not good at all. I’m not sure if I’ll go back to Domino’s…. The service industry really needs to step up if they expect customers to come in and buy their products….. But for what we paid for and the service we got it definitely was not worth it.

Delivery drivers are always polite and on time. We’ve had 1 order oopsie in the last year, and we order once or twice a month. That one mistake was swiftly addressed with credit for a free 2 topping medium pizza. Staff is a bit less friendly at pickup, but still well within reason given how busy and stressed they get at rush. Been there.

They got my order completely wrong, everything was burnt the driver n the manager were extremely rude n wouldn’t listen. Would not recommend and certainly will never tip them again. This is the third time this has happened why can’t anyone make a simple pizza and wings order? I’ve worked for fast food for six years these kids just getting dumber and more entitled every decade.

Normally have no trouble with this place but today was horrendous. We order one large pizza for pick up only to find out when I got home they gave me the wrong pizza. So I call and they tell me that I have to drive back so they can fix their mistake. Proceed to show up when they said the replacement would be ready and they haven’t even started it. I’m waiting and who I believe to be the manager starts badgering me and asking me if I want things. I tell him, I just want the pizza I order and it seemed he took offense to that cause he started shouting at me that “Everyone makes mistake”. Which is true but most people try to make up for their mistakes, not yell at you when you just want to get on with your day.

After being told a Pizza would be remade for a friend of mine. I kindly drove her pizza that was made incorrectly to the store, where they told me they would remake had me sit in my car for a good 10 minutes before they came outside and told me they weren’t going to remake it I spent and wasted a good 30 minutes driving to and from, I do not recommend this business whatsoever. They make mistakes and blame their customers for the mistake.

Maybe it requires a few extra brain cells. But while delivering pizzas, the driver should have something to keep the pizza level, so that all the cheese and toppings don’t move to 1 side.

The guys in our family favor Domino’s…the pizzas are flavorful and they have great deals. Service is good too. Love the curbside service…it’s very prompt. Comes out in under 2 mins, but usually comes out within 30-40secs in my experience.
