Jack’s Chophouse is a nice environment. Fairly quiet with somewhat private seating arrangements. Our waitress as well as other waiters I witnessed are attentive and very nice, as well as their manager.

Stopped in for lunch and sat in bar area. I’m a truck driver and thought I’d feel out of place because this is a nice restaurant. But the staff was very friendly, helpful with quick service. Had beef tips with mashed potatoes, very good with a decent portion size for a lunch portion. Parked my big truck on side of the building in the grass next to what I thought was a mud pit. Nope sewage overflow. So be cautious over there. Definitely will be back to try other selections when back in town again.

Came here for both me and my husbands birthday and it was so amazing. We got the tomahawk with fries, Brussels sprouts and spinach and all amazing. Josh was our server and super nice, attentive and answered all our questions.

When I travel solo, I always sit and eat at the bar when possible. When I visited Jack’s I sat at the bar and it was a great experience. (I wish that I could remember the bartenders name… maybe Keith?)

Tried this place out twice and it was a waste of money and time both times. They lost my order the second time and didn’t say a word until I had already been waiting 20 minutes for a call-in order that should have been done when I got there. Don’t get the chicken salad or their fries. Both were awful. Applebees is 10x better.

The food was delicious and authentic to its country surroundings but there was a long wait for service once we were seated. And they didn’t check in on us too often. However both food and drinks were good! You can try and decide if it’s work the wait.
