The food was absolutely amazing. The beef stew was exceedingly tender and juicy. The short ribs Mac n cheese was very flavorful and tender as well. The garlic parmesan fries and truffle fries are excellent. The grilled cheese was so creamy and delicious. The pleasant surprises continued with our drinks. I highly recommend the Gensicle when you visit!

In town visiting family and needed a late night food stop. Went in expecting regular bar food, but were quickly blown away. The service itself was quick, friendly, and still professional. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and well portioned for the price. The cocktails were both creative and expertly prepared. The flavors clear, a good portioning of alcohol, while maintaining an almost artistic presentation. I’d be willing to come back for a visit just to eat here again.

The food was awful tonight. Freezer burned french fries that were worse than a high school cafeteria. And do not order the chicken parmesan; absolutely no sauce or flavor. Seems like a good place for a drink, but the food was really bad tonight.

The corned beef was over cooked, and the carrots, potatoes, and cabbages tasted like they were just boiled in water. Their other dishes like burgers may be better. The place had good atmosphere for watching sports.

Delicious. I had their special of mussels with pasta, husband had fish and chips. Portions were big, lots of fries which is a must, freshly made and plated well. My glass of wine was a generous pour too. Didn’t come away feeling yuck after having a pub meal because their food was well made and fresh. They have tots too!

Lovely cafe/pub style bar and restaurant. Delicious food is prepared and served with pride. Indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) seating in an atmosphere that foodies, local art/history lovers and sports fans can all enjoy together. The whole staff is super friendly and fun to be around. I can not think of a more perfect neighborhood restaurant!
