I pick up food for my sister who’s in a nearby nursing home. The woman at the front desk is always rude and acts like your disrupting her day by showing up. The decor is the same as it was in the 70’s but now it looks dark, dusty and dirty in there. I ordered a large crab rangoon and small fried shrimp for my sister. This time, the bag was stapled shut several times. I didn’t open it, but my sister said the crab rangoon had gone bad, and there were only 7 in the box. It cost $22.00 for the order to have to throw half of it out. The four fried shrimp were good. She had been looking forward to that for days. She normally loves the food from there, otherwise, I wouldn’t go there. Once I ordered General Gau’s Chicken there since I was getting food for her, and the chicken was hard and chewy. I wouldn’t recommend it. The food is expensive, customer service from the woman at the front desk is awful and the food isn’t good. It costs so much to eat out these days. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they appreciate your business and the food is good.

You will not see places like this years from now! The generations now don’t want to carry on the service tradition. Beautiful, small restaurant, excellent service, the food was fantastic and fresh. They have a lounge in the back, and everything is decorated ( check out the ceiling).

Stopped in here thanks to a Google search for restaurants and Google did not disappoint! The food was fresh, and hot, and came out in a timely manner. The staff member who waited on us was extremely pleasant and prompt with service. If I was back in Chelmsford again I would definitely stop here for food!

Since my local buffet no longer carry General’s chicken, Hong Kong is my next best pick for it. I take advantage of their combo dishes, so my usual order is General Gau’s Chicken with Crab Rangoon and Chicken Teriyaki. All this for $15! They don’t ask me what drink I want, and I doubt my cup will get refilled anyway. I enjoy being left alone, but I wouldn’t mind a refill…

Roast duck was not good. Tasted as if it was fried three times in cheap old oil. It had 4 legs and was not a whole duck as ordered. Seemed like the whole duck order was how they got rid of the lower cuts of their other duck orders. Worst I’ve ever had.

I just ordered some wings and when I came in to put it, the lady was having trouble charging my card using their card machine. She got frustrated and threw my card back to and snatched the food from in front of me and said I had to leave if I didn’t have cash.
