Unacceptable service at this location. I used to love bojangles but I will never eat at this location again! Very impatient and hateful employees. The immaturity here is insane, our food was thrown into our bags and all poured out. They treated me (a paying customer) as an inconvenience. I advise you to not come in here with an order for anymore than 2 people or else they will complain and yell in your face about your order.

Chicken was hours old and dry….employees were worried more about going home than taking order (it was 630pm). Employee complained about having to be at work and was tired of chicken and tacos (I assume she works at taco bell also) Had to walk kids by employees in parking lot smoking marijuana in their cars while on break.

My husband and I decided to go here for dinner before he went into work for his night shift. It took 15 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker. Once there, it took 10 minutes for anyone to say anything to us! We got to the window and found out why. Everyone in there was acting like they were at an arcade or something. One female employee was on a FaceTime call talking about how they had two managers but did whatever they wanted anyway. I’ll never go back. No one working the night we went should ever be employeed anywhere until they are properly trained and have grown up mentally. The food was ok but wasn’t worth the wait.

While the food was good. I ordered chicken -tenders- a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea, and fries. I repeatedly said exactly this and everytime I did, they said it was the Tailgate meal. But I corrected and said -tenders- and no biscuits.
