I took a chance on this place when I purchased a Groupon and decided to see what they were all about. THEY WERE ALL ABOUT TASTY FOOD!!! I got a gorgeous crispy and seasoned to perfection two piece dark with a beautiful fluffy waffle accommodated with butter and syrup and they let me put the butter on myself!!! I also got a lovely side of hush puppies which could have filled me up almost by itself. Along with that a lovely frozen lemonade that I sipped while I waited on my order. Even though I had a Groupon I was not shorted by service nor by the wonderful food it was delicious and the service and the chef were wonderful I hope everybody comes out to support this black owned business with the proper support they are on the way to culinary greatness!!! I was so happy I took videos of me enjoying the food and couldn’t stop talking about it throughout the afternoon when people ask me what the highlight of my day was going to chicken factory was definitely it!!!! A+++

We traveled to Chicago and we were starving by the time we landed. We located this restaurant the “Chicken Factory” on yelp. Against our better judgement and the so so reviews we decided to try the place out. First of all the place is a hole in the wall. The service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The chicken wings were small and they all had feathers on them. The wings were fried so hard that they were dried out and had NO FLAVOR The fries were blah and the drop of coleslaw they gave was questionable!

If you have not been over here you HAVE to try this place out. Fresh cooked chicken, never undercooked. You can actually taste the catfish meat, and everybody there is extremely friendly! 10/10 recommended

Last night, my wife got out of work late and wanted fried chicken. We had been burned before at the Popeyes right down the street from Chicken Factory at about the same time in the evening. Popeyes said they “didn’t have any fried chicken” and that they “were closing in 30 minutes and didn’t have time to make any.” We had never been to Chicken Factory before but had read good reviews and thought we would try it out. Thank goodness we did! Our entire experience was great from the moment we walked in until we got home and ate! Mia was behind the counter and helped my wife navigate the extensive menu. When my wife asked if she could still get a Family Chicken Dinner even though they were closing in less than 20 minutes, Mia smiled and said “of course!” When we got home, we had the best, juiciest, and perfectly spiced chicken (with the lemon pepper Mia suggested) we ever had! Compliments to the chef, Gustavo! We could not be happier with our decision to stop in and give Chicken Factory a try! We will definitely be back! It’s our new place for fried chicken!

The service was ok, although it was hard to hear anything over the TV and it took exceedingly long for the good to be ready (order in advance!) There isn’t much of an atmosphere but that’s because there’s no eating area. Surprisingly, the food was quite tasty, although the cost was also surprisingly not cheap for such a place.

Had the 8 piece family tray. Loaded with tons of fries and lots of yummy chicken. I did have to try some fries on my way home because they smelled so good. Eddie rang me up and provided excellent service. What a great place to visit! Will definitely come again soon!

Got the 2 piece chicken breast with Fries . The chicken was cooked perfectly and the fries were great. I asked for lots of mild sauce and got it. Strawberry + Coconut Grapes + Oreo Blast + Frozen Fruit Punch. I will be back again. Shout out to Ed the service was friendly and great.

Bad customer service very rude, unprofessional.I found the place online and when I went to pick up my food the place was so disgusting. I had to wait for almost 1 hour for my food just to throw it away in the garbage. My food was over cooked and fries soaked in oil the place needs a good cleaning. And the health department will be called after today.
