Maya (or Demaya) was AMAZING!! Went through drive though, she was pleasant from the start. I had to wait 5-10 minutes which I didn’t mind because the food needed to be made. I pulled to curbside a she informed me, that the Mac am cheese was burnt a she tasted it a didn’t want to give me that . I chose my replacement item an she brought it to me. And they even up sized the Bo rounds. Pleasant experience 10/10 recommend

Today I stopped by for a biscuit and Olivia who took my order was so kind and compassionate. I told her you never know what people are going through and how she made my day. I had to leave a review because people like her shouldn’t go unnoticed. I hope Bojangles rewards her some type of way because she deserves it!!!

I just want to say thank you to the team at the Hudson Ridge Road location because the ladies were working during Thanksgiving and I am just grateful that the team decided to work the shift. My Cajun chicken biscuit was delicious and the bathrooms are clean.

I enjoy the food, and the customer service is friendly. But, this place is horribly understaffed. It always takes forever to get food from here. Usually, it’s “only” 10 minutes. It just took me an hour to get food this time. What stood out to me is that a staff member told me there’re only 2 people working here.

Awful! They did not have some things we wanted to order. We were told we ordered their last chicken sandwich. They did not have any forks or spoons to eat dirty rice and coleslaw (and we asked more than once). The food was overcooked, hard, tough chicken tenders. Way too salty dirty rice. It took 45 minutes to get our bad food. We asked for a refund, we returned the food, and they were nice about giving us a refund. Will never return. Giving one star because there is no option for zero stars.

We asked if chicken was fairly fresh, and of course he said yes. So we ordered the tailgate 8 piece. Got home and chicken was fried so hard it would almost break your teeth, It had to be cooked at least 3 or 4 hours earlier, and kept under heat lights. Plus biscuits were dried out and hard too.. Past 2 times have been awful.. This is the last time though.
