Such a cute little store that has some of the most friendly staff ever. The breakfast tacos are made to order, and are absolutely delicious. The best part of my visit was my iced chai. This place has the actual best chai I’ve ever tasted in my entire life! Absolutely worth a visit.

MyTake: One of my favorite places to grab a quick sandwich and brew, with an easy going atmosphere. Inside you can find a selection of specialty foods and brews to satisfy almost any craving! Gotta stop by real quick!

One of my favorite places to hang out in Austin. I just love having pints on the patio area, great people watching and it’s in the heart of East Austin so near everything.

Great little neighborhood convenience store and sandwich shop. Huge beer selection and decent little wine selection. Lots of essentials, snacks plus coffee. Some cold food and pastries as well. Very convenient spot with parking. Outdoor patio seating area and indoor seating. It’s my favorite neighborhood convenience store. Prices are fair for Austin.

Quickie Pickie is a fabulous little bodega type place. They have everything from Tylenol to tacos. It is a local neighborhood haunt and comes highly praised by all the neighbors. However during SXSW this place sadly gets overrun by tourists. Otherwise it is usually low key and fast. Excellent bacon egg cheese taco. Go check it out next time you’re in the Rosewood neighborhood.

Stopped in for a coffee. This is an awesome neighborhood joint. It has a little bit of everything. Groceries (i saw Mary’s crackers, lots of gluten free stuff), beers on tap, coffee and homemade cheesecake. The to go salads looked amazing.

Stopped by QP for a snack and drink before heading to the food truck park down the road for dinner. Came back to QP after dinner. Great tap options: from local brews, hard cider, hard kombucha. My fave food menu item is The Southern breakfast sandwich. It’s the Red Eye Aioli for me, y’all. My kiddo loves the snack and dessert options. The best convenient store-restaurant combo. Dog-friendly patio + free guest Wifi. Baños. Cute location on the east side. Great for a stroll, weather permitting. Wonderful service. I always have a good time here!
