Ordered Spicy Pork rice, was charged $14.50 eventhough I paid cash and menu stated $10, the lady didnt say anything about the price differences either. I thought, maybe they haven’t updated the menu for a while, didn’t say anything, since I had many Korean food else where and it is about right price. I sat at one of their old tables and noticed stained carpets that is probably havent been clean in decades. Food came out nothing like what is in the photo, plastic container, plastic spoon, small plastic container wrapped in a plastic bag, not very enticing. I wanted to try the food since the chef was dressed up and seems professional, possibly authentic Korean food, I took one bite, the food was as bad as it looks, burnt and extremely salty. I tried about 4 more bites and decided it is not worth it enduring the horrible taste, I stood up and left. Since I was still hungry, I went top side and order Chicken over rice from a Falel Food Cart for $8 with a drink, it was so much better than the $14.50 and the bad experiences I had at Tina’s Kitchen. I am easy to please and love to support small businesses, however there are business owners like this one who has lost touch with their customers and don’t care about their food or their customers experiences, and it shows. It is time to evolve, learn, and improve. 1st and last time I will ever stop by here.

I have walked past this place twice a day for months and every time I pass that sign my mouth just waters, I want that burger! Unfortunately, Tinas kitchen and deli doesn’t make that burger, they just advertise it. I wound up throwing the burger in the trash it was just yuck!

Second day working at Philadelphia. Found Tina’s kitchen and Deli. Husband and wife working. Came for BLT fir breakfast and spicy pork for lunch. Both were very good. Food are cook to order. Very fresh and good. Will try others on the menu. Menu is mixed from Hamburger, sandwiches to Korean food. Nice place.

Everything is frozen, if you ask them they will say its fresh. The lady at the counter dont speak good English and mess up orders. I asked for general tso chicken and got 4 wing dings and rice. The chef doesn’t wear gloves. The dishwasher comes and touches food without gloves as soon as he leaves the dishes. They are trifling and its nasty. The only good thing about it is they have cold air in store.

The grits were way too laden with butter and the breakfast sandwich drenched in oil. In fact, there was so much oil, that after eating the food, I caught a migraine headache because I wasn’t used to do much oil in one sitting. The fried whiting was the best part, it was fresh, crispy, and flavorful. Excellent customer service is a plus, and they’re very responsive to questions or concerns.

Decided to try this place after walking by it for years…..not bad. Of the choices in the immediate area, I’d say tbat they have the best food. It’s also a clean restaurant, something that PC’s(their rival nearby) can’t claim to be. Foid is tasty and the staff is friendly. Good place to visit.
