For starters, not everyone from Chicago eats deep dish pizza exclusively. I’ve lived in TC for a long time now and unfortunately just tried Brooklyns. Unfortunate in the sense that their future seems in limbo… because as a windy city native, this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. From the crust, to the sauce, everything is in perfect harmony. Not the deep dish I have been used to in my 35 years, but better. Elevated. Passionate. Please don’t give up on us Brooklyn’s because I’m sure we won’t give up on you.

I recently moved to TC within walking distance of Brooklyn’s. “What’s a pepperoni roll?” I asked when I saw the sign. I vowed to try one. Then I read online that they were going to be closing soon! My husband and I ran over to try some and now I’m very sad about the closure. The pepperoni rolls were absolutely amazing and we had garlic knots that were the best we’ve ever tasted. The service was fast and friendly too. There’s still some time left so we will absolutely be stopping by again. Now I wish we moved here sooner.

I noticed their social media post about slimming down their business to eventually close and so I decided to try it. It is SO good. My fiancé and I ordered the pepperoni rolls and cheese bread and it’s life changing. The ranch is a homemade dill ranch, absolutely to die for. I hope they can find a way to remain open because I will continue to be a life-long customer. 10/10!

This place is amazing! The pepperoni rolls are fantastic, perfect for a quick lunch on the go. They can top the rolls with garlic butter or leave them plain, either way, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget the homemade ranch on the side. I will definitely be back!

The gluten free pizza is absolutely amazing. I love the crispy edges that are perfectly seasoned, and the pizza itself is so flavorful! I have celiac disease, and it is very difficult to find pizza that is both gluten free and delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The absolute best Chicago deep dish pizza I have ever had. The only Chicago pizza I have not needed everything in the silverware drawer to eat, you can actually pick this up and eat it like a regular slice of pizza, not many places can do a good combo of pepperoni, ham, and salami, this place knocks it out of the park.

I have to preface this by saying I’m from Chicago — Brooklyn’s deep dish was very tasty but a little bit undercooked (the center dough and the toppings). I popped it in the oven for another 15ish minutes and that helped. The garlic crust was delicious! I would get again!

Heard about Brooklyn’s via word of mouth and it didn’t dissapoint. It’s incredible pizza. The pepperoni rolls are the secret weapon here. They’re incredible.

Went here for the Pepperoni rolls and they’re pretty great. Garlic knots weren’t anything special but not taking a star for it since they’re known for the rolls.

Heard about this place from a friend who said it was the best in town. I ordered a Chicago style deep dish, which they recommended to have uncut until it was ready to eat. After an hour of sitting on the counter I cut it and the cheese was still melty! In my experience with the food industry this means they use quality products. If they used inferior products like most pizza places that have ”wood pulp” in their cheese, this would not have happened. Long story short, I concur with my friend, best pizza in town!
