The food here is very delicious and the service is oftentimes perfect. There have been a few times where there were minor details forgotten like oil and vinegar on a sandwich and one time I didn’t get my pickle. That being said the service is very friendly the food is always amazing and I wind up coming here more than anywhere else when I want to bite to eat and I don’t feel like cooking.

Love, love, LOVE this place!! Their is a beautiful little lady who works there with Down Syndrome, her name is Carlee and she is the SWEETEST babygirl in the world. I may be a bit bias because she’s my baby sister but everyone loves her and she LOVES working there!! Sara, Kris and Kellie(the GM) are also the best! They have so many awesome people working there and their subs are SOOOO GOOD. I can’t get enough of the cheese steak!!! They have so many different options that other sub places just don’t have. I am very picky when it comes to my subs because I worked for a sub place for 7 years but Firehouse NEVER disappoints! If you ever meet little miss Carlee, make sure you say hello! She loves everyone

I wanna say I give the food 4 stars. It was pretty good. Nice and hot… But unfortunately the staff seemed to be pretty hostile… Not necessarily towards customers but towards each other… There’s but a short wall separating the crew from the customers and they all seemed to be very agitated amongst one another… The whole staff.. sorry but it was just mediocre for me. I heard there are different shifts with other crews at other times and days .. maybe I should go then… Sunday afternoon wasn’t the best option.

The experience from me and the other two people I ate with was about the same. The subs were quite tasty, and I had the Jamaican Turkey sub. The soup, in my case chili, was just okay. Despite everyone getting different things that trend stayed the same. Worth going to for the subs though, with a special note that the bread is better than most places.
