this place should be shut down and managers should never work in any restaurants. you can’t blame the employees because it starts from the top down. ordered 2 whoppers with cheese combo meals. I pulled away from the establishment and check my order. both whoppers and fries were cold. this establishment should never be able to stay open for business until it gets it right. oh by the way I was only one in the drive thru. the better business bureau will definitely be contacted. beware future customers don’t even waste your time or money!!!!!!!!

Never been to Pahrump before. Anyway I was hungry. Nothing looked good at the casino next door. Was waited on whom I guess was the manager since she was telling everyone what to do. Asked for a meal and as usual I was pretty clear as to what I wanted on it (hows it go? oh yeah “have it your way”) Obviously she could have cared less because what I got was a standard whopper. The reciept showed a standard whopper. Never made eye contact as well. The food was horrid. The meat had a shade of whiteness to it. Was cold and as sloppy as possible. Thanks a lot. Its places like this that make the franchise shine. 10 Vomit score.

I ordered a Whopper meal for take out. When I got home and unwrapped the Whopper, it was a thin gray burger on a bun. Nothing else. Nothing like their picture of it. No ketchup, mustard, lettuce or tomato. Burger, bun. I attached pictures of it to this review. Disgusting. Trash. Fries weren’t bad though.

The food is basic. The Girls that work there are great, but some of the employees are horrible! Went thru the drive thru and one of the guys had my mom in tears. She has arthritis in her hands and can’t hold a drink carrier. She told him it wasn’t needed , she cant hold it. He processed to swear and use the lords name. Told her, “you’re seriously going to make me take them out when I was trying to do you a favor?!” Management is a joke. Just stands around yelling at everyone. Can’t get thru to cooperate if your life depended on it.

this has to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever seen. The place is disgustingly dirty outside and in the exterior doors are completely covered in dust. Then on top of that, the chicken meal was dreadful with just some chicken in some dry bread. The restrooms also were dirty.

Employees were rude and sarcastic, they got the order wrong and acted like it was our fault that they screwed up, the receipt was correct but one of the sandwiches was wrong, when I brought the receipt and sandwich to the counter I was seen but ignored until I said that my order was wrong, and the response was “I don’t know how that could happen ” in a sarcastic tone and replaced it with another incorrect sandwich. While this was happening a family that spoke limited English was trying to order and the cashier was deliberately mocking them and changing the order… I’ve been coming to this establishment for years, usually during lunch hours with my family of four, and the service is usually very good. The young man working the register was so rude to the foreign family that I was tempted to grab him by his throat and bring him to my side of the counter so he could apologize… if I ever see him disrespect someone like that again he’s definitely going to get a serious lesson in manners

Having been forced into eating a very restricted diet after COVID specifically for migraines, I have had to resort to BK for fast food needs since their “Have It Your Way” attitude allows for lots of changes such as no mayo or pickles or added sauces that might induce a migraine. Many BK’s I’ve run into have really hated to see me come through and screwed up my sandwich with the attitude of “Why do you need all that?” Not these guys. AND they made the sandwich literally look picture perfect. Thank you!!!

If there was a space for NO STARS I would use it. I am a local customer. I have never never eaten a so called burger mess like this in my life. These people in this place need to be fired. No lettuce, Tomato, a wed soggy ban. Just a fit for a dog. I fed it to my “Coco” and he would not eat it neither. Stay away from this joint!

Ordered a BK Big Fish, Whopper Jr, and 2 Bacon Kings. The Whopper Jr and 2 Bacon Kings had no condiments and were extremely dry. The BK fish was inedible.So very not satisfied and will be seeking a refund.
