I feel like I don’t even need to explain the issue with this sandwich, I’m sure it’s pretty self explanatory. Biting into this was completely impossible without having the sauce drip out and splatter. Not to mention how uneven it was from the vegetable organization while making the sandwich. It wasn’t even lunch time for them to be this inconsiderate on the food presentation/prep. I come here regularly and the food presentation is never appetizing, nor are the employees/management ever polite.

This McDonald’s location is the worst!! They will get your order wrong every single time.. instead drive down to the location in Roselle. Today I ordered a simple happy meal, burger, drink and 20piece nuggets.. only got 18 nuggets because apparently someone at the location can’t count! Try to call the number on the receipt and you have to leave a number for the management office that owns multiple stores.. apparently the days of calling the store directly are done and they don’t even need to receive the criticism for their teams to work harder to count the nuggets on their orders!

I dined today when the drive through was very full. I made my order at the self service kiosk and got my order number tent 44 and proceeded to wait for my food. I waited around 30 minutes for my large quarter pounder meal. I asked Daniel when i would recieve my order. He informed me there was an issue with my order showing up. I checked my banking app and verified I was charged for the meal. Daniel assisted me and brought my order soon after. In the midst of a lunch rush and technical problems Daniel was professional and curtious. He turned a negative experience into a positive one.

Wont be back. They move too slow. Will be sticking to my regular McDs in Elk Grove. A little bit further but faster service. Also dislike the fact MCDs no longer ask if you would like condiments or at least puts it in the bag. Workers just hand you the food and walk off. Now I gotta chase you down or wait even longer for someone to pass some ketchup

Went to drive through .Ordered and proceeded to the first window, and waited.Waited for 2 to 3 minutes looking at the back of an employee(female,dark hair ,laughs a lot on the phone)Had the impression she was engaged in a magical and sidespliting humorous conversation,the first part I enjoyed over the drive through speaker.I believe her function that evening was to be phone centered , and not food service. so I proceeded to window number 2 after 3 to 4 minutes to retrieve my food order that was dangling out of the window.But it was a trap,trickery a test .I was scolded, and told” i be tellin you to stay hear.”The first employee must have been telepathically telling me to stay while facing her back to me ,cackling in loud conversation , while the second employee waved food around to break my concentration. Do Better.,and remember to not walk away with a customer’s credit card for a long period of time.

We’ve all had McDonald’s, but this one is something special. The daily double I just ate was pure bliss. When I took my first bite it was like the heavens parting, and the Virgin Mary came down and wrapped her arms around me. I couldn’t help but shed a tear at the pure beauty of this hamburger. This hamburger was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Second only to the birth of my children, and the day I got married. This daily double is more than just a sandwich, it’s an eye opening reminder of the beauty in life.

As I pulled up to the window to make payment, the woman working the window, the one with NO TEETH AND RED HAIR, literally had an entire 60 second conversation with another employee through their headsets. I stared blankly waiting to be acknowledged, but nothing! 60 seconds isn’t a long time until your in McDonald’s drive thru waiting to make a payment, watching and listening to an employee laughing and giggling through her headset. ignoring you!

For McDonald’s, this location is good. I went at lunchtime, and even though the drive thru was busy, the line moved quickly. The staff was courteous, and they even fulfilled the order correctly and promptly. I would definitely recommend this location.

Tried to order via drive-thru using mobile app. I clicked on the code while in the drive thru, repeateded the code 4 times before I said “I’ll just come to the window.” When I got to the window I showed the manager the code and she told me that she entered tge same cide but it was invalid. She saw on my phone that it was the correct code that the app provided me but refused to honor it. So I drove to another McDonald’s that was 5 minutes away, they told me it showed invalid at that location also but it would be honored at the window as long as I showed the employee the code. See the difference in management.
