To go specialist had poor customer service. Absolutely horrendous attitude towards me and my partner. We got take out from here and asked for permission to be seated in the restaurant and was seated by a host. To-go specialist proceeded to find us and say we were not permitted to sit where ever we wanted all though we had already asked permission. Bad experience overall, probably won’t be returning!

Ordered the 11 boneless Wing combo. Wings were not cooked all the way…at first i was pretty annoyed then I looked into the restaurant. It’s a ghost kitchen that operates out of chili’s. That means Chili’s cooks are making twice as much food every day without any extra pay. So no wonder my wings were still frozen inside.

Ordered Buffalo flavor wings and fries, got possibly the soggiest wings and fries imaginable. Buffalo flavor came on the side as a sauce, honestly all around a terrible experience. I have never given a review nor planned on it but this experience was so bad I had to rethink life.

My wings were dry and overcooked. They were hard to the point of being inedible (as in I physically couldn’t chew them). The one star is only bc the flavor of the Honey-chipotle sauce was good enough to dip my fries in.

I ordered wings from here before, seeing other peoples reviews has me thinking now a few weeks back I ordered from here and got food poisoning. I would not recommend this food place to anyone as I seen a molded bread from another review and personally was sick from eating their food. figured I’d put my experience as well!
