Wings was disgusting take like they were boiled in water and had sauce thrown on them the tenders, are not fresh taste like cardboard and wasn’t crunchy the fries, was flat out nasty it was really mushy. And then zax sauce wasnt provided altho it suppose to come with the meal… worst zaxbys I have ever eaten

This is the slowest and worst zaxbys in the area. They never have anything ready, I don’t mind the hot food but I have to wait 15 plus minutes EVERY TIME I COME HERE. At lunch rush they aren’t prepping anything, at dinner rush they aren’t prepping anything. Don’t come here if your in a rush. Employees are rude and EXTREMELY disorganized. I’d sooner hop cities and go to the next zaxby’s over.

Just left the Awful service at churchs chicken and came here…the line was long but service was fast! Got a cobb salad with fried chicken and chicken finger dinner for hubby.. my salad was enough for 2..so eating half today half tomorrow. I got the cobb salad with .lettuce crispy onions tomatoes cheese 1 slice bacon chunks of chicken your choice fried or grilled ..buttered toast

Worst zaxby I ever been to. The service was horrible and when I got my big zax box the chicken was burn and super small and skinny. Barely had any meat and when I told the manager she said all the chicken looks like that. I love zaxby and I never had chicken tender that small from the other zaxby.

Came tonight to order the egg rolls only to have no one come to the speaker. Said hello several times but no one ever said anything. The speaker kept clicking like someone was trying to say something but it wasn’t coming through, so I thought the speaker was broken. I drove around to the window where I was met with serious attitude and told I would have to go back around. That the speaker was not broken but because they had a bus they were having everyone in drive through to hold on. Which I find completely ludacris. As a person that has worked in fast food you don’t put drive thru on hold just because your lobby is full. It’s all hands on deck until its clear. Definitely needs to have better supervisor training because that was not ok at all. Was not able to order due to not about to go to the back of a long line due to no fault of my own.

I really don’t even want to give one star. Yes, I understand it’s upsetting that we came in at 9:53pm, but it clearly states this store closes at 10pm. We are from out of town and needed food for a 2 hour drive home. I walked in and was looked at with a very confused face like I was stupid by the 2 girls working the counter. They said ummm we are closed. I then said it says you close at 10pm and she said well we close inside earlier and I was like oh okay I can go through the drive thru where she proceeded to say, oh no it’s 9:53 and I said well it’s not 10pm and you just said the inside is closed and she just shrugged her shoulders. We walked out. The end. If it says open until 10pm we should be able to get food until 10pm. And the door was unlocked!!!!!

Food is great, but customer service sucks! I was charged the wrong amount to my card for the customer that was behind me in their vehicle. I called and called to get a refund, and finally three days later I had to go to this place to speak with manager Ashley in person. The manager was rude to me, and they only refunded half of the amount they owed me. I had to pay for their INCONVENIENCES. Never have I ever had to pay for the company mistakes.
