I’m a truck driver and I stopped in here at this location about 4 years ago. The service and food was horrible. I ended up leaving that time without any manager coming to talk with me. Figured hey let me give this another try. Went in got set right away, drink came out quickly along with my soup. The soup was like warm on top and cold on the bottom. I ordered endless wings for an appetizer. They never showed up but my steak did which was way over cooked. I was told that the kitchen was backed up with wing orders and mine would be out shortly. The problem is 3 other tables that ordered 10 minutes after I did got their wings no problem. I noticed that one couple came in and was recognized by the staff. Well guess who got their food first. Smdh. The manager Melissa was a sweetheart. She is doing her best with what she has.

My wife and I visited here a couple of months ago with good service/food! We live in the area and decided to give it another shot with a date night opportunity for us after a long day at work! When we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess and asked to be seated in the bar area, and that was it!! We literally watched every single server walk by our table at least twice without being without taking a simple drink order! Yes, it was the bartenders responsible for greeting and taking care of us, and no, the bar wasn’t busy! After we sat there for about 30 minutes, we asked to be sat at a booth, thinking that we would get service!! Nothing! Absolutely nothing! After watching about 5 other tables, walk in to be greeted and served. We still waited about 15 more minutes with no service, and the servers just continued walking by our table without a simple greet! Even the table behind us had just sat and was greeted immediately! Our table was never marked with anything saying that we were ever greeted by a server. We only had a menu… we go up and left with nothing but bad service! Yes, this is my local Applebee’s! Thanks, guys!

First table we were sat at was wayyy too skinny for my Dad and I. We moved booths and the seating clearance was fine. They tried sitting another group in that booth and they couldn’t fit either.

Your typical Applebee experience. The place is clean, the food is good, comes out fast, and the people are mostly nice. We’ve visited this location a few times and are pretty happy with our experience in general. They also have good drink menu and make some good drinks

This $13 double cheeseburger had meat that was so tiny. It look like it belonged on a slider. It had been cooked into a hockey puck. It was barely edible. I showed it to the server and they said yes the photo in the menu was a marketing gimmick. Even though multiple times I made them aware that I was not happy with the food. I still got charged full price. I paid it but won’t go back.
