Scam artist levels of bad service. I’ve ordered delivery through them twice, and both times were horrific experiences. The first time the order was scheduled ahead of time to be delivered at a specific time – but of course they had delays and delivered it an hour late. I chalked it up to bad luck, so I tried again. This time it was set to arrive after an hour – a little long but ok. At 1.5 hours, I checked on the status of the order – it hasn’t even been started yet and they would still need another 45 minutes at least. 2+ hours to make a cheese and a pepperoni pizza.

Giovanni is very welcoming and accommodating. My favorites here are the chicken parm and the cheese pizza with basil. They make a really good Greek salad with chicken and my husband loves the Fettuccini Alfredo. It’s definitely mainly a takeout/delivery restaurant and if you use the app the specials offered are quite good. You get good food at a very reasonable price.

The guy working the register on 7/29 at 5:30 was very disrespectful. When Walking I was ignored while the cashier was on their phone sending text messages. Then when I asked about the update on the food he got very defensive. The order was “ready” before I arrived but when I got there he told me 7 minutes. After 15 minutes passed, still no order. When trying to ask for a update again, the person working the register was disrespectful. I would avoid this location!
