If Theresa Miller is working, I am guaranteed a correct order, a smile and a positive exchange, and a “Have a great day, Momma” regardless of how many people are in there. Time and time again, she is consistent and the rest of the crew does just as well. I wanted to personally give her a 5 star review, because so many days I’m not ready for the day or slightly stressed and she makes sure to start my day with some brightness and kindness. People like her are rare and she deserves the acknowledgment ❤️

I pre-ordered 4 dozen donuts and was told it was OK to come through the drive thru to pick them up. When I arrived, there was no one else in the drive thru, so I went straight through to the window. I told the cashier why I was there (she did a great job, by the way) and asked if I could add an iced tea. She was okay with that but I could see someone else through the window that was visibly upset. When she came back to the window, I asked if something was wrong. She told me her manager wanted me to drive back around the building and order my tea through the drive thru speaker… Ridiculous! I was inclined to cancel the entire order. When I went around there were now two customers ahead of me. Long story short, I will never return to this store again. I’ll take my $60 order somewhere else.
