I like the sandwiches but since my diet needs changed I need to eat without the bun & condiments. They offer lettuce wrap but what I got was not what I would consider that. It just looks like the normal amount of lettuce, not enough to pick it up. Lucky I took it home so I had a plate & utensils.

Customer Service and Food is awesome. My husband had the scorching Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich and he loved it. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. I liked it, but the best of the best were those smashin fries. I don’t know what seasonings they used, but it was wonderful…..

Delicious. I loved every bite. I ordered the Buffalo Blue Cheese burger and Smash Fries. The fries are amazing and the burger was so good. So good I finished all of it. Prices aren’t bad either. I will be back here for sure.

A pretty rough carryout experience. Sodium must be the flavor of the day as everything from the burgers to the fries were extremely over salted … and I enjoy salt. The grease used for the fries and onion straws was old as the texture and absorption of the old oil saturated the products. Perhaps this is there thing, but unfortunately not a hamburger choice we will make again anytime soon.

I hadn’t been to Smashburger in years, and I was mostly disappointed by my first trip back. I ordered my food to dine in. When I got my food they brought it out in a bag. I explained that I was dining in, but was told that that’s how they hand out food now. So I awkwardly ate my food from a bag at a table without a plate. Also, my order was incorrect (received cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese). However, their cinnamon toast crunch milkshake was awesome.

We love Smashburger. But the last two times that we’ve been, they have been closed and hour and a half earlier than their sign says and what it says online. Not impressed. There is also a new hamburger place right across the street, which has now gotten our business both times.
