Worst manager and staff I’ve ever met in my life. I walked in and asked if I can order pickup and pick it up in the store and they said I need to be in a car to pick it up on the drive through. I downloaded the app and ordered pick up. I booked an Uber to go to the drive through and they told me they can’t give me my order because drive through is only for DoorDash. What??? 100% Inefficient and unnecessary. On top of that they started to yell at me when I entered the restaurant. It would have been a million times easier to just give me my order when I walked in. Taco Bell do better and fire those ignorants from the night shift (1am) of May 13th and hire people who have more than one neuron.

Food took far too long. Was cold, missed the extra fries I’d asked for, the sauce packets were the wrong ones, didn’t get the sauce I asked for. Even the Mountain Dew lacked color and flavor. As a food industry expert it felt like they just wanted to get the order out of the way cause it’s clearly on the ticket, it’s just a matter of corroborating. The establishment is literally across the street from where I’m currently staying so I know it wasn’t the Uber. Even the Uber driver was vocal about how long the order took and how poorly he was treated. I’ve been eating all over I-Drive since I got here on my vacation and the food has been superb till I wanted Taco Bell. It has literally been the worst food I’ve eaten since I got here. This area’s economy dependant on the tourism that flows by. It’s sad that they couldn’t get not even a 2 person order right. Never eating there again! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Not surprised at the rating. Should’ve seen it before…

The food was decent but the service was terrible and messed up our order leaving out all the drinks and a taco. when we went up to ask about it we asked the staff for our coffees for the second time and they said ‘yes my co workers are making them’ but then the co workers came up and said ‘making what’. poor service do not recommend.

Worst service ever. Ordered veg and gave beef wrapped in beef wrapper . This is not my first time visit to Taco Bell. Either it’s ignorance or wrost service . And some employees ladies are screaming at customer. Horrible . There is no zero rating to give to this manager.instead of making apologies, they make mess shouting at customers at their mistake.Manager in charge should be be fired.All reviews recently are the wrost ratings and the person on charge don’t even care. They said they wrap wrapped veg in beef wrapper, so to find out I should eat and get allergy tester or something or send to lab that there is no beef . .I like taco bell official to contact, so I can give right horrible customer service feedback.

We were a group and did two mobile orders. Came to drive through and was told to pull around. There is no way to pull around without circling the block. Finally got back and we had to go inside to pickup the order. They did not separate the mobile orders so we had to sit in the car and figure out everyone’s order and make sure we had everything. That took some time. Of course we were also missing items. Terrible. At that point it was better just to order inside and eat there. Avoid mobile ordering here.

It’s Taco Bell… No complaints but not overly high quality. Both kids like it so it’s an easy win. Food was fresh, judging by the palate of a 12 year old. Service was quick. Busy road difficult in/out. Asked us to pull around, not an easy task.

This taco bell sucks! I literally live like 5 mins from this Taco Bell but I drive all the way to the Kirkman one which is 15 mins away from me because that’s how bad the idrive one is. Their oil is always old and taste nasty!! The kirkman one is always fresh and super friendly.

The restaurant has been there for approximately 2 years and it’s sorry to say that I guess like most businesses short staffed. The food was cold. I ordered two bean burritos the taco shell on itself was cold the cheese that they put on it taste like it just came out of the refrigerator the beans were not even hot they were cold. Overall experience I won’t be going back to that restaurant in the future. I know not all taco bells are same but there’s only a few in the neighborhood that are approximately same service same food quality. So if you want to eat at Taco Bell make sure you check it before you leave the parking lot that the food is hot otherwise you’ll be disappointed as I was. And you had to go through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed because they were short staffed.

Wrong taco put in our bag. Explained the problem to the serving staff. Response to this from the young servers was dismissive and rude, as if they did not believe me. No apologies or attempt to rectify the problem. Eventually, after a period of time, the manager dealt with the issue in a slightly more professional manner. Food fab. Service bad. Such a shame

I have to say.. I work near by and love Taco Bell, but i will drive out of the way to avoid this location. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited in my life in terms of ANY fast food chain. Ever. Every other Taco Bell has been a wonderful experience.
