I ordered a pick up at 2:15pm and arrived around 2:34pm. When I got in, didn’t see any bag for pickup. I asked the staff where my food was and the girl remembered preparing my meal, which means someone else picked up my food ( why people, why ..) the guy, I think he is a manager, prepared another meal for me based on the ingredients on file. Now it’s 3:03pm and I am starving. The meal was GREAT, and he gave me extra pita bread !!

Love Cava! One of my favorite places for lunch/dinner. Customer service is great! (James is the man!) Almost no line ever in my experience. Highly recommend the Chicken Rightrice and Lentil Avocado bowls!

Great experience we arrived a little past noon. I ordered a pita my lunch partner ordered a bowl. We also ordered their delicious pita chips. Clean restaurant, with a friendly staff, food was good. They have a nice selection of fresh water.

So I’ve been meaning to try Cava for awhile now, and today I finally did!! While the food was good, the customer service at this location was PHENOMENAL!! Seeing as it was my first time, I had a few questions and the two ladies helping me were SO kind, patient, and helpful!! They made the BEST suggestions and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience!! I had a lot going on and now that I’m thinking about it, I don’t remember what their names were, which is unfortunate, because they absolutely deserve to be recognized!! They truly went above and beyond for me, and after the day I had, it truly meant so much. I am so grateful for their kindness.

Overall, experience was fine. Service was quick, staff was very friendly. The place has a similar vibe to Chipotle as far as the style of how you select your food. Everything tasted fresh, seemed healthy, and portions were good. I just felt like there was a lot going on, and it was overall just OK as far as flavor goes. It is perhaps that I built my own bowl instead of a standard menu item. Between the multiple choices of dips and dressings, there were just a lot of competing flavor profiles. Would recommend, I just think it’s not my personal thing.

Anytime I place an online order to be delivered, it’s as if the person making my meal does not know how to portion correctly. It’s either way too little, or way too much.? Realistically speaking, who would eat this? I don’t understand why making online orders are more difficult than in person..?

My daughter and I came in to eat this evening, and we had the greatest experience, thanks to Ghada and Meadow! They provided us with outstanding customer service, and were so sweet and friendly. They had smiles on their faces, and really seemed to enjoy their job and their customers. They were also complementing each other, and saying how much they enjoy working together. We really loved the kindness that was shown We look forward to coming back and seeing these sweet girls again. As always, our food was delicious!
