The service is outstanding! The food is good. The portions are HUGE! The cornbread and Mac & Cheese are old school and filling. I highly recommend the brisket. Do yourself a favor and don’t forget the BBQ sauce. Yum!

After passing by and seeing this BBQ spot servicing clients in the area I decided to stop by for lunch today. I went in for the brisket and unfortunately they didn’t have it, so I opted for the pulled pork and it was sooo yummy! Falling apart, melt in your mouth delicious. Also recommend getting the BBQ sauce with it! Macaroni was good and the baked beans also had the ground beef in it which was an added surprise! I’ll definitely be back – hopefully I can catch the brisket next time!

Coach Brown’s BBQ is awesome! It’s proper BBQ where they serve until they run out, and there’s always a wait. This isn’t a bad thing, but just know there’s competition for their BBQ and usually a line when the order window opens! We’ve had pulled pork, ribs, and chicken, haven’t been when they weren’t out of brisket, you gotta get there early for that. Sides are great as well. Love seeing local businesses do a great job and have success, and I think they are doing a great job. The only negative is the wings. They were delicious, but were super small, like quail wings!

We got brisket and ribs and pulled pork. It is hands down some of the best bbq in mobile area, and you definitely get your moneys worth. Will be coming back again

The ribs were pretty good and seasoned well, the chicken was so dry it had me coughing, the Mac and cheese had no flavor but loaded with butter, the baked beans and poundcake were a definite no. We came, we tried and it’s a no for us. Best of luck!

I love this place so much. The food. The friendly folks at the windows. It’s crazy how good it all is. West Mobile needed awesome smoked BBQ and Coach Brown’s is it. And then they have all these great people taking care of the customers too. 10/10 just go there and get it

I’ve eaten at Coach Brown’s BBQ a few times now and I’m always more than satisfied with my meal. My food is always fresh and hot plus you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu…especially the pound cake! I’ve had the chicken salad, ribs, brisket, fried fish and most of the sides. Looking forward to eating there again!

One of the best, if not the best, BBQ in town.Excellent ribs, the brisket is one of the best I’ve ever had, and the smokey chicken salad is spot on! I’m looking forward to trying out the rest of their menu. It’s nice to have excellent BBQ so close to home now. Will be our go to for BBQ!
