Food was phenomenal! Brisket thar melts in your mouth, mac n cheese was terrific, the peach tea is some of the best I ever had…and that was tasting from what my husband had. I ordered the Chipotle crab ball salad and it was perfect.

I’m really impressed with both the food and the service. Tried the fish and chips with some collard greens on the side and it was all very tasty. Crispy breading and great flavor on the fish, collard greens were delicious, and even the fries had a distinct seasoning. I’m excited to go back and try the Brisket next time.

Stopped by for lunch today and I was very pleased with the food, hospitality and fast service. I had the fish, fries, coleslaw and collard greens – DELISH! My husband had the chicken steak sub with fries and cabbage. He said the bread made a big difference. They used brioche and he said it was very good. Finally, the portion size was just right. This food didn’t have to be that good! I’m a soul food connoisseur and this hit the spot. My parents loved it and it’s going to be a regular for us. Only thing is give us more mac and cheese please. We were fighting over it but the cornbread, yams, and seafood Mac was exceptional as well!

While I’ve eaten here a couple of times i don’t know Terrence help me out. The brisket soul bowl is my favorite with greens and Mac. The fish is always on point. I have however ventured to the pepper steak as well. All of which is phenomenal I do have to say sometimes the Mac and cheese has a bunch of pepper like the last one I had, now I like spicy food but not my Mac you have a great mix there sorry I told u I’d be honest and it isn’t gonna stop me from ordering just thought I should let u know. Keep u the great work and if you haven’t tried them damn what are u waiting for.

I found this restaurant on my daily lunchtime walk.. and just I walked in to get a menu.. the couple working behind the counter was so nice and friendly I decided to give them a try. My coworkers and I still stopped in for lunch today. I that the I was upset I didn’t find them earlier… Amazing southern cuisine awesome prices even gave me a 10 percent discount for my birthday… I can’t wait to get back there to try more of the items on the menu… Thank you again and I can’t wait to get to enjoy more of your great food and awesome hospitality!!

I love S2P, and I’ve never had a bad meal from them. Tonight was my first time ordering for delivery via DoorDash, and the food was the same great quality as eating in the restaurant. The shrimp soul bowl hit the spot, and you’re missing out if you haven’t tried the peach tea yet.
