We love Texas Roadhouse, from the free rolls with cinnamon butter to the variety of grilled entrees. On our most recent trip (January 21), the number of people waiting for tables was chaotic. The standing room only flowed into the cold entryway. They don’t take reservations, but one can “join the waitlist” in an effort to hold a table. We still waited an additional 20 minutes to be sat after our requested time slot. There were also the “walk-ins” waiting for tables, the longest wait- time – winning around 1.5 hours. With that said, if you are good with waiting it out (did I mention free unlimited peanuts), the food is fantastic. Our server was phenomenal, and the place was clean.

I’ll keep this one short and sweet, this is a steakhouse known for its hand cut steaks. My girlfriend and I both ordered steak, cooked medium rare. She ordered the filet, I got the 12 oz new strip. These are both “medium rare”. We had to ask for a re-fire on the filet, and the bloody picture was actually after the re-fire. Seemed pointless to send it back after. The only saving Grace was our server, “Grace” ironically enough. She was wonderful in all aspects of our meal!

Wow, the beef tips and mashed taters was AWESOME!!!! Reminded me of being a kid and my Aunt used to make that dish all the time for one of my uncles. Loved it. The waitress was wonderful, wished I knew her name. My brother loved it, kids liked it.

Arrived at 330pm on a Saturday. There were 4 people in the waiting area and over half the tables/ chairs in the restaurant and every table in the bar area were empty. Yet some how it was a 45 to 50 minute wait. At first I thought this wait might be due to a staff shortage, but they had employees standing around all over the place. There was 4 to 5 standing up by the hostess stand at any given time. Another 6 to 8 standing around in the kitchen area. Once seated the service and food were good. Please increase your staff or efficiency!

Went with my wife there last Friday the 25th of August and got seated and two other tables where seated near us after we sat down and ordered and somehow our orders came out last and cold, we didn’t order anything special just burger and a steak and yet we waited damn near an hour to get our food. The waitress walked past us numerous times never gave us updates and asked if we needed something. Smh I guess really bad service should be expected post covid for some reason I’ll never understand. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LOCATION.

Texas Roadhouse used to be a good place to get a decent steak dinner and enjoy some family time. However, the whole birthday thing they do gets a little out of hand when there are more than half a dozen during the visit. I go there to have food and visit with whoever is joining me, not to be told to stop what I’m doing and cheer for someone I don’t know….several times in one visit. I’m not a big fan of all the productions. Let me eat and enjoy my time with whoever is with me, if I want to go to a birthday party, I would go to a birthday party.
