I went in and ordered food. I ordered 24 fours and a four piece spicy nugget on the side for one. The guy that was on the intercom told me that the prices on the menu when there clearly wasn’t a price for nuggets on the menu then he hands me my food. I drive away and he gives me spicy nugget that are not cooked. This is the worst service and I will not be back.

After ordering my food it seemed everything was okay. When I get my food I already noticed that my free frosty was missing from my items. I pulled up to make sure all of my other items were in the bag. I was missing my junior bacon cheeseburger that I received as a free item from my rewards. The refused to give me a receipt, so I showed them on my app that I ordered it. I finally got my bacon burger. When I get home I noticed the 5$ biggie bag did not have the double stack burger I ordered but a jr, bacon cheese burger instead. This was very disappointing. I have to come around twice for two things that were messed up just to get home and not have my order right. I never have a bad experience with Wendy’s so I am actually surprised

This is by far the worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. 5 employees who are all a combination of high, incompetent and slow. Almost no wait when we arrived and it took 20 minutes for 2 meals. Employee in picture is so high he doesn’t know where he is.

Horrible location. Slowest in the area, takes close to 10 minutes with only 2 cars in the drive through. I placed an online order for pick up, arrived 12 minutes after my order and it was not ready. They even forced me inside instead of allowing me to pick it up in the drive through, just like the confirmation email tells you to do.

I stopped for lunch at Wendy’s, I ordered the biggie bag, as soon as I pulled out onto route 130 I got rear-ended and my nuggets fries and drink went everywhere onto the floor of my car !! So I called Wendy’s to see if they can help me out and remake my meal and they told me no which is very understandable.. but when they told me over the phone that me getting into an accident is not their problem very unprofessional and I don’t think I’ll be stopping at Wendy’s anytime soon .

Wendy’s hasn’t been consistent on free offer’s in this app like McDonald’s. Burger King also lacks free items. They are owned by bigger companies and lack the compassion for a company to survive today. This business is owned by Arby’s they both are just fair .maybe enough poor ratings will make them change that greedy attitude. All these fast food places need the FDA to come in for a look see like sonic as well. They make so much money and give so less to who keeps them in business!!
