We have always loved McKenzie Dairy Queen, but tonight was not good. We waited a long time for our food. French fries & onion rings were room temperature. Took tray back, our cheeseburgers were room temperature then. My Tropical Blizzard only had pecans in it, no bananas or coconut. We couldn’t win tonight at DQ! Owners must not have been present in the kitchen tonight.

Incredible how fast and how bad this place has gone down hill. Owner, you should be ASHAMED!! Unfortunately my little girl’s go to is the mini cheeseburgers so I sit in line for her. Yes I sit in line 45+ minutes for cheeseburgers that I could get out of the frozen food section at any grocery store and the grocery store ones would be better. Plus the frozen food can’t screw my order up like this DQ always does regularly.

This used to be a good place. It is now the suckiest place in McKenzie. A sign in the window says lobby not open due to staff shortage. There were like 7 or 8 kids working in there all over themselves, on their phones. The drive thru person said they couldn’t hear me. This is so sad. If Mr and Mrs Beasley were still around they would fix it. I blame all of this on the management or lack there of. So sad this used to be a great place to gather and hang out.

All zeros for tonight 5/11/22… Their drive through sucked. They couldn’t take or talk through the speaker. Too many kids working the drive through register and playing around. I saw at least 5 to 6 young kids gathered at the drive through window. I had to go to Sonic across the street. Dairy Queen just lost my business The sign on the door says closed because of staff shorted. Well they had about 4 to 6 workers hanging around in drive threw . Very shameful

Went by today and as usual there was a sign on the door that read “Lobby Closed for staff shortage”. Instead of going thru the drive thru I went to else where. I refuse to spend my money here if the can’t open lobby. This happens at this location often. I suggest others spend their money somewhere else as well. Do better.
