Don’t pay attention to the low rating. Food is fantastic. Everyone was friendly. I came in here without looking at the reviews and sat down and waited for a to go order. The food taste really good. The green sauce is pretty spicy. I love it I’ll be back.

November 20th, 2022. 11:19am. Name tags don’t exist here so I do not know the names of anyone. The lady with a rose tattoo behind her right ear was our cashier. She asked what kind of meat on our tostada and we replied beef. Our food came out with no beef on the tostada. I tell the cashier and she points to the manager and says, “There’s the manager.” I walk over to the manager and wait for her to finish helping a customer. I inform her of the situation. She said the tostada doesn’t get beef, only beans. I tell her the cashier asked what meat we wanted. The manager says I probably misunderstood her. I told her I did not. I walked away in disbelief. A scoop of beef isn’t worth making a customer lose their appetite. A scoop of beef isn’t worth a 1 star review. A scoop of beef isn’t worth losing a customer. A scoop of beef isn’t worth the lost of business every person who reads this post. For your mental health, don’t come here.

I’m not sure about the atmosphere because we just drove thru but the food was terrible. Bland and not what you would expect especially for two box meals and two drinks being over $35, way out of line for fast food pricing. Plus we couldn’t eat it. Beans were awful, rice was like out of a minute rice package and the tacos were so crispy it was hard to bite thru them. The meat was soo dry. We threw it away and went somewhere else after paying that much for our food. We won’t be back.

Drove through about 9pm. Food was ‘meh’. Rolled tacos were ok but no chicken option. Shrimp tacos were more rice and onion and green bell pepper. Didn’t get any sour cream – not a fan of guacamole so passed on that. Tacos were really pricey for rice.

Not near as good as similar ******berto restaurants. Counter service was mediocre, the restaurant itself was clean. Carne asada fries were disappointing compared to other local restaurants. The Arizona burrito my friend had looked fairly decent. He will likely go back I will not as it’s the 3rd time I left disappointed with my experience.

Not what it used to be. I remember the food being good and customer service was great but now it’s just a mess. The employees are rude, food presentation and taste is not the same. I came here one night and they were literally having a party in the back next to the menu sign. Female employees wearing sports bras. Not sure if new owners took over but this isn’t a way to run a business.

I ordered a chili relleno with rice and beans, which we’ve ordered many times before but today we received a chili relleno “burrito”. We’ve never heard of such a thing. We also received super “greasy” tacos. When we called to report the mistake, the help argued with my husband. Clearly, she misunderstood, or their PA system isn’t working. This is the worst food I’ve ever had, the meat tasted odd. I don’t know if it’s spoiled, or if it’s just a bad batch do to how later I ordered the food but regardless they have to serve good quality food. Make it worst I tried call and they won’t answer.

You can’t go wrong with a breakfast burrito for supper! Filiberto’s knows how to make a proper Southwest burritos. A side of sour cream and some green sauce, and you’ll be living your best life. Trust me.
