Wow this place sucks. Half the order wrong.. burrito had half a scoop of beans and rice-it was like all tortilla. no one even answered the speaker for the first few minutes and 2 hellos. Absolutely no one was in store or drive thru. Had to come back and other Taco Bell’s have given coupons etc for the trouble but this location does not care.

Wonderful employees. I have been a frequent customer here and I will continue being a frequent customer here. They are very hard workers whi are kind, sympathetic and compassionate. I ordered online and I arrived. There was a sign on the microphone saying they weren’t opening until 9 due to them being the only person there. I get shorty staffing. Turn off your app settings so I don’t waste my time going there in the morning.

*update 5/24/23* by far the worst taco bell ever. Never going to again. For the last time, my wife ordered burritos with no cheese and they put cheese on them AGAIN. If they can’t follow directions, they can’t have my business anymore. Even the receipt said no cheese, extra sauce, extra onions.

I just left I didn’t take a picture of my California crunch wrap because it was so fantastic it just disappeared the second I got home LOL y’all did a really good job on it now usually when I go to a Taco Bell and order the California crunchwrap you don’t get everything in the same b you get egg here and bacon there and then a big wad of guacamole all by itself but y’all really did it good I got a little bit of everything and every bite now this Mexican pizza I can’t say the same about it there’s Mexican pizza taste like you have bad oil y’all need to change your oil this is gross I’m still going to eat it but the shell tastes funky but it is still a Mexican pizza LOL so I gave you three stars instead of the four that I would normally give when you get the crunchwrap right

Surprisingly this is one of the best Taco Bell’s in the area. The line is never terrible, and the team always get our order correct. Expectations are met from a quality perspective as well. If you want to feed your family quickly and not break the bank this is a reliable option.

This is the best place to get fast food any time on telegraph road. Great service. Great staff. Great cooks. I’ve lived here on telegraph for ten years now.
