The food is Tacobell, I’ve no issue with that. It’s the sauce packets – I never seem to get any. Drive through, you have to ask at the window when paying or risk not getting any (even if you ordered via drive through ordering device). Door dash, even if you order sauce packets on the app – You won’t get the sauce packets. Are they forgetful or stingy about the sauce packs? I’m not sure but eating something without the sauce just won’t work.

they don’t serve breakfast. went through the whole app process to the checkout only to find out that the items I ordered weren’t available.. ( a bacon burrito, and a hash brown )If I were to proceed (it gave me the option to pay for items they don’t have…..) I would be screwed. This place sucks.

yeah, this location has *really* struggled with personnel over the past couple of years. Restaurant was not open when it said it was, it was fully closed for a few weeks, opened back up but with limited, weird hours… a lot of “wait, what was your order?” & special requests are incorrect more than they are correct. they’re trying, but the results aren’t there yet. good luck to them; seems like they could some sunny days.

After going thru the drive-thru, my credit card wasn’t given back, and I later noticed purchases were illegally made by one of the staff. When I called, the manager refused to take the call but yelled, “I don’t know nothin’ bout nothin’, and I ain’t got yo card!” The person that answered the phone whispered, “I’m sorry, he had your card. Call your bank, and they will pay you back,” and she hung up. One of the purchases was made at the store, so the theft can be substantiated by video evidence.

Breakfast at 8:45am was fine. The country music is a bit rough, but to each their own. The staff was fine, polite, friendly. The breakfast crunch wrap was full and well cooked. The ingredients weren’t too well spread throughout, but it wasn’t so bad as to complain about it. The soda fountain was clean and the sodas seem to be not out. The tables were clean, for the most part (1 table was dirty and not attended to while I was there).

When I went to this Taco Bell there was an extremely rude kid and claimed he was the manager when he was not. He started yelling at me when I came back because my order was wrong and he blamed me for it. Never coming back!
