The Guy was so Nice, Funny, kind, and had very Good Skills. He told me that it would take around 20 minutes to get ready for my Order. This is why I could do other things during that time. And I enjoyed watching his Good Skill to make a Pizza. I suggest the Employee has skill to face Customers who visit there First Time they will enjoy his Performance. I usually like this place. But latey seemed sloppy. I ordered today, aug. 11th 2021, not only did they take a hour too deliver almost right across the street. It also got my girl and i sick. I ordered 1 large pepperoni and 6 piece wings. Now our stomachs are hurting like a mthr fkr. And the guy in the call center needs to be fired. Hes horrible costumer service. Sounds middle eastern.

Papa John’s stuffed crust pizza is better than Pizza huts in my opinion. I tried a new flavor with Alfredo sauce using the Papa John’s app is super easy to order. My only complaint about my Alfredo Papa John’s stuffed crust pizza was there was a little too much Alfredo sauce and it was a little overwhelming after a few slices. But I eat a lot of slices on my cheat day so if you’re just probably going to have four slices no worries but I ate almost the whole large myself.

I just called, to order one of the heart pizzas the guy who answered was rude, and I felt like he was rushing me. I order often at this location, and the girls working the night shift are always nice, but this is the first time I felt that I received poor service. I didn’t ask for his name, but I will check my receipt, and edit this later.

Pizza showed up an hour after ordering. Was apparently bundled with another delivery order. I wouldve just ordered from another place had I known this, or have them wait to make my order, but the thing is there was no courtesy call, no apology from the driver until I said something. 20 min after the estimated delivery time. All it wouldve taken is for you guys to call and explain the situation. Thanks for the room temperature pizza. I’ll be ordering from other places from now on.

Pizza was not that great at this location vs others. Order received was incorrect. They didn’t offer a refund for their mistake, but offered a credit or redelivery of correct order. Accepted correction but it took too long to receive and we were starving. Very poor experience
