Very rude. Girl at the register didn’t want to be there. Messed up my order and told me that I ordered something totally different. She was looking for an altercation so I just accepted the garbage food they gave me because I didn’t feel like fighting with a KFC employee. The person that I was with didn’t even eat his food because it looked so bad, so we left. $30 down the drain. Good job KFC

Everytime I come they are out of chicken and/or sides. Whoever the manager is needs training on how to properly run a store. They are in a busy tourist area with limited food options and they always seem unprepared Nd slow.. I ended up waiting almost an hour for chicken and all I got was , “I guess it’s 4th of July!”

This place is trash. Placed an online order at 5:00. Showed up at the estimated time (5:27) and they let me know they haven’t even dropped the order yet. Other customers standing at the register were told “sorry can’t take your order right now, we’re too busy.” There’s literally 4 other people in the restaurant. Meanwhile, employees are standing around in the back on their phones. Had I not already paid online, I would’ve left. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.

If i could give this store zero stars i would’ve! We went here after leaving fantasy and lights. We ordered a three piece tender meal and a spicy famous bowl.. simple enough. First they didn’t have ice (I didn’t complain just went and got ice from the store next door). We got our orders and the famous bowl was full of grease! The bowl was 90 percent grease and 10 percent food. The tenders were mushy and not good at all. The only good thing is they aren’t stingy with their sauces and gave me a few sauces to try with my meal.
