We went to pick up our order and the girl asked what the name was we gave her the name then she said it was gonna take 15 minutes. But when we went to go wait in the car the girl behind us was ordering got here food quicker than we did so we went to go in and ask for our food. She still asked what the name was for the order, and then said that the box didn’t have a name. We were gonna have to wait even though we ordered ahead of time.

I usually ordered food from here thru DoorDash for take-out. For me, food preps from this place were always prompt & accurate. Wings were always juicy and tasty. Particularly, I enjoyed their classic wings with Lemon Pepper or Korean Style Hot Sauce a lot. French fries also taste novel and I enjoyed it a lot with their separately ordered ranch dipping sauce. Btw, I think their Korean style hot sauce is similar in taste with the one from Shake Shack.

So I work for doordash I was also waiting on my delivery order. I asked if the wait to order food was long the lady at the register was very rude and said no very hateful I placed my order she then tells me it’s a 45 minutes wait!? After I paid and EVERYTHING! And then got very sarcastic and hateful I will NOT. Be returning to this location!
