I ordered pizza and other food items online. The pizza was suppose to be half price. I called the store and was treated Extremely Ugly !!! The lady answered the phone “Dominos hold.” I stayed on hold over 10 minutes. I called again to the same person repeating Dominos Hold ! I called again and before she could repeat it yet again, I said hey, I need to talk to you. She said what about, we’re busy !! By that time with the continuing rudeness, I said I would like to speak to the manager. He’s busy !! She said. She hung up on me again !! I kept calling, she would not answer the phone, just sent me to automatic constant recordings about the company. I called again, Finally the manager answers, he was Extremely rude too !!! He let me know they were busy, I explained to him I am a customer too. He said what do you want ? I tried to explain the order I placed last night, I was charged to much. The pizza was suppose to be half price. He said only if you order online. I ordered it online. He didn’t have time to talk so I let him know I’d just call the home office. And hung up. Hopefully at the home office they will have time to talk to a regular customer of Dominos !!!
