Got 2 Groupon coupons because there was no fine print saying you could only use one. When we got there, they said we could only use one. We ordered food and requested it full spicy. We received bland food, hot beer, the wrong chicken, and limited napkins and flatware. The air conditioner was broken so the temp was very hot, and the staff brought a fan out for one family but did nothing for other tables. Some of the food was ok bit overall, I’m not looking forward to using my second voucher.

So… decided to stop for take out for a colleague. Never before been here, but I’m met by an awkwardness right through the door. Their management of their orders is truly chaotic; I sit and watch the phone screaming by patrons at different points in the deliver pipeline.

It’s a great restaurant to eat at! Food has its flavors and season properly. This joint is not fast food or a high end restaurant but it’s perfect for this area and reasonable for the price. If you want better food then you’ll have to pay over $25 a plate. The tables And dinner ware that we look at were clean. Utensils, glass and particles in my water. If your looking for something different and then i recommend this place. I’m a foody and i approve this review

Horrible experience. We walk in and the place looked like they were deep cleaning the inside, the lady looked tired and sweaty. Anyway in my experience I found a large cockroach on my plate after I finished eating. Told the waitress and all they did was try to play it off that it was some type of spice (garlic). on the pictures attached you can definitely see the leg. The basmati rice was very dry, no flavor what so ever. It looked like that minute rice cheap stuff. Will report to the FDA. Pretty disgusting. I shared this with my friends and family. Lost our business.

Placed a to-go order and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for it to be ready. The restaurant wasn’t busy and it was hot in the waiting area. No reason for the delay either; food can be good but it is inconsistent. Disappointing.

I ordered Paleek Paneer and Chicken Vindaloo. When I got home I think I got Butter Chicken and some curry dish with chicken, peas, and potatoes. I also got a side of basmati rice. It was all fantastic! Not what I ordered, but great nonetheless. The gentleman who took my order when I went into the restaurant didn’t seem to understand any English, so I pointed out what I wanted on the menu. I live in Gustibe, so I didn’t realize the errors til I got home. Food…fantastic, service…friendly, but non-English speaker mistakes. I still think you should try Nagina Palace. Great food!

I was doing a DoorDash pick up, they made me wait so long. The service sucks, very slow every time I come here. This will be the last time I will do a DoorDash pickup and delivery. Not worth waiting close to 40+minutes. 2 thumbs down
