These new ladies have this location going full speed ahead! About a year ago was the last time I visited here and said I wouldn’t go back b/c it was run so poorly, but there’s obviously been a change in leadership. I noticed more vehicles in the drive-thru the past couple times I’ve been by so I decided to give it another go. Definitely a change from previous times I’ve visited. Everything I ordered was out on time, and most importantly, everything was made and assembled like somebody back there in the kitchen gave a dang. All the hot items were fresh and hot, and all the cold and frozen items were cold and ice cold. Very impressive for a fast food joint these days to offer great customer service and, for at least right now, the McDonald’s in Oak Grove is getting it done!

Got there around 10:20am on a Sunday. Waited in the drive thru for awhile, the menu rolled over from breakfast to lunch at 10:30. Okay, fine, we’ll just change our order. We finally got fed up and drove off at 10:45 after our order wasn’t even taken. Others in the other lane drove off as well.
