I walked in when the restaurant was totally empty and no one in the drive thru. The lady that was supposed to be on the register was busy on her phone for several minutes. When she did get up, she told me she would be with me in a minute. When she finally did get around to me, her attitude was just too much. There is a Bojangles next door. Although they are busy, they do respond to your presence.

This is the worst restaurant EVER!!! I stopped by Wednesday after work and picked up a to-go order for my sick mom and myself. Only to get all the way home in Laurens to discover my food was raw. I purchased a Wagyu Steakhouse Burger and a Wagyu Steakhouse Burger Combo. Because I live so far I couldn’t just take it back and I was off work the next day, so the soonest I could get back was Friday. I spoke with the shift manager and he agreed to refund me but requested that I bring the receipt. When I got off today I stopped by with my receipt as requested but the shift manager David informed me that his manager said they could only refund me for the burgers. I was not going to expose them but because of the poor service (not by David) but the big bad manager over the phone. This was not only an inconvenience but the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. David was made aware a complaint would follow.

I normally love Arby’s however, the brisket sandwich I got this time had about half the meat that I normally get at other Arby’s and was completely saturated and barbecue sauce which made it difficult to eat. My wife got a classic and the bread was stale. Worst Arby’s I’ve been to
