Would rate 0 stars if I could… went here last night ordered almost $40 worth of food… it was freezing cold so I tried to call and they wouldn’t answer so then decided to drive back over… when I got to the drive thru the supposed manger named Rick gets on and starts cussing and calling me a liar and tell me he’s not replacing anything and told me to look up the Taco Bell customer service number online and call them.. I have never in my life been talked to like that.. I’m still in shock. I even brought the food back. None of the employees care about the customers there. He doesn’t deserve to have a position around customers… he is the rudest person I have ever came across oh and to top it all off earlier that night Rick the “manager” was inside Taco Bell smoking!! Great job Taco Bell and Rick!! Keep up the great work!

The food served is inconsistent. I guess it depends on the shift. One day it will be excellent and another day it will be terrible… not fresh, sloppily made, too much sauce, etc. The inside wasn’t very clean, but the employees were nice and friendly.

I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up the girl working the drive through said they had no burritos, quesadillas or pretty much anything because her truck didnt come today. She said my money would refund to my card in 24 hours and to me that just feels unacceptable. What if that had been my only money? Do betta

The Quesadilla is really nice. Not a big fan of most of the food but gotta say that with lunch and being on vacation this quick food really helps satisfy the appetite. Great fast good you get what you want can’t complain always gotta get the big baja blast and nacho fries when they do have it of course and you can’t beat happy hour

Now the taco bell in front of kroger in Mansfield on Park ave was really good. It was. I just cant say that a out the one in Willard. Sometimes its is amd sometimes it not. So I rarely go there anymore.

Wow prices went up, which would be okay , but the burritos were much smaller, and barely any ingredients in the tacos. Would not mind the higher price but real problem with shrinking the product. Or putting almost nothing in burrito supreme. Sad!!
