The service is the absolute worst that I have ever encountered. I ordered vodka and cranberry and was given mostly cranberry and when it was brought to managements attention he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. In my travels throughout this world I have never seen a bathroom toilet chained up as if they believe someone wants to steal it. The OWNER and his staff DO NOT appreciate the BLACK community that has frequent this bar for GENERATIONS. There wasn’t even 20 black people from CHAMBERSBURG in the bar. When I come home for a visit I could ALWAYS meet up with the CARDBOARD CITY KIDZ aka STRAIGHT OUTTA DA PROJECTS until this person purchased the bar.
