I’ve only had 2 experiences with this Pizza Hut, the first we ordered a little bit before 11 and call at 11:45 when it never showed up and was told they were still trying to find someone to deliver it and if we picked it up we could just have it so we picked it up. Last night we ordered at 11:10 and it said it was out of delivery at 11:25. It never showed up we called and they didn’t answer because they were closed, they didn’t even bother to call. Do better.

Walked in to order a pizza, and stood there for a few minutes. One other customer waiting, but as far as I could tell, no one had greeted him either. I was going to stick it out, but I saw the employee preparing the food (looked like a salad) with no gloves on—- yuck! Spreading the lettuce and other condiments with his fingers. It grossed me out, so I just left. Saved me a few calories is the only good thing- ha…. But seriously, no customer service and obviously not the correct sanitation standards.

I believe in giving kudos to places/people that deserve it, and I have to say that the Pizza Hut in the shopping center at the corner of Gunn and Anderson rd has really surprised and earned my business again!! The food is well made and not just thrown in the box, new menu items are great, especially the pasta’s.. I had stopped eating at Pizza Hut many many years ago when they were just being outpaced by the newer fast growing chains, but lately they’ve all been very disappointing, all the chain pizza stores around citrus park..so one night after shopping ran late I decided to order something from them and it was really good, since I have had delivery several times and again really impressed, better consistency, taste and presentation, and delivery is really quick.! And thank goodness for still being able to order directly from the store, these ordering centers that so many are using is terrible, as bad as the self checkouts at Walmart, bring these jobs back to Americans that need work!! Good job Pizza Hut on Anderson rd in Citrus Park..!

The few times I’ve gone in the last couple years, I’ve been more disappointed than I was the prior time. People….check your orders before you leave! I wish I had. I walked over on my birthday to get a pizza and wings for my kids and somehow they managed to screw up both wing orders! Sadly I didn’t realize until we walked all the way home and got our plates out to eat. They put a dry rub on the breaded boneless wings and barbecue sauce on the traditional so I ended up having nothing to eat. I didn’t feel like walking back in the hot sun for them to fix their error. It was mostly a surprise they’d think someone would want just spices on plain breaded wings. They didn’t even look right. I don’t think I’ll be back. They don’t even make most of the things we used to order regularly so we haven’t been visiting it much as it was anyway. Buyer beware as they say.

Ordered just one pizza for my husband and I around 8:30 on a Saturday night (8/21).. and I didn’t have high expectations with it being such a small order and late in the evening. To my surprise, it was delivered within 30 minutes and it was THE best pizza delivery we’ve ever had. Pizza was hot, cheese still melty and stuffed crust was perfect . Definitely ordering here from now on!

Ordered the big new Yorker pizza and 6 wings at the counter. They said it would be ready in 15 mins. I came to pick it up in 15mins and the wings weren’t even made. They handed me the pizza and had to make the wings. The pizza was overcooked and very greasy. I’ll never order from this location (Anderson rd.)again. Very disappointed. Big waste of hard earned money.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. Was craving a classic cheese pan pizza so decided to order. Restaurant was super clean and the service was excellent. The presentation and quality was 10/10 (within realm of it being Pizza Hut ). Will definitely be back on my next cheat day.
