usually don’t write reviews but this interaction truly ruined my day. not sure if this man was the manager or what but i was in need of a napkin and couldn’t find one anywhere else so the closest place was charley’s. i didn’t get food, just grabbed a napkin. the man that was behind the counter stopped me and said “napkins are only for customers” and was extremely nasty to me. i took ONE napkin. i asked him if he wanted me to put it back and he said no. his tone was uncalled for and i don’t understand the big deal about taking a paper napkin? sounds stupid to me. whether i’m a customer or not, that’s not a way to speak to someone and you guys certainly will not be gaining a customer after this!!!

Haven’t been in since the pandemic and boy were we disappointed. We ordered REGULAR and we got the smallest thing I have ever seen. I used to live in Philly and this was so small, even our youngest child was able to finish hers. We also spent $3.49 to get 20 french fries. Yes, you read that right, two-zero french fries. At Popeye’s we got a WHOLE BOX of french fries for $3.49. Not worth the $14.36 we ended up paying. Will not go back there again. Or any other Charleys

The manager is very stingy and teaches employees not to fill drink all the way up when you ask for no ice. This actions makes him admit that he puts lots of ice to give less soda or drink. He is also following COVID-19 rules to the point that he won’t take any cups back for refills but the rules don’t apply to him bc he was not wearing his face mask properly. He had his face mask covering his chin instead of his mouth and nose. He is a dictator and dictates as he pleases to customers and his employees.

The guy working the register had ZERO customer service, you can clearly tell he doesn’t care about his job at all. I tried to order a kids meal for my son who was still in a store with his grandmother and he told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase it, only kids 12 and under are allow to purchase that. I was like so I can’t order a kids meal for a kid bc they aren’t standing right infront of him…k

Got in line at 12:00 behind 1 person who ordered 1 sandwich. Didn’t have my own food until well after 1:00. Food was good but people’s time needs to be taken more into account. On top of that, I didn’t see them take orders from anyone who walked up to the register until after I was handed my food. I can only imagine waiting 30 minutes just to order.
