Amazing amazing food. We stopped here for lunch and had the Chips and queso & calabresa acebolada as starters. Both were excellent, the calabresa acebolada was AMAZING. Highly recommend that starter, it was so so good!

The food fantastic! Roger is so nice and is a wonderful chef. We’ve had the pizza, nachos and burger. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Everything is cooked totally fresh. I highly recommend Azores.

The Rueben sandwich was recommended by someone at the restaurant. I’m so glad I took his advice! This restaurant is inside the Oak St Food Hall, don’t pass it up!! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is fresh. I’ll be back to try more dishes!

Second time going. The pão com linguiça is fantastic. Prepared so beautifully and with such a flavor. Truly a great sandwich. The calabresa acebolada was also a great side. Today I had the pork belly burnt ends prepared with a nice sauce and a little slaw underneath. They are so soft and the fat of the pork belly just melts in your mouth. Very nice and unique taste on burnt ends. Love supporting owner, Roger, and the other small biz’s there in the joint.

Had bought food at another restaurant inside and my daughter wasn’t a fan. Got her a pizza from azores and she said it was the best pizza she’s ever had. I had a slice and I’d have to agree. Definitely the best pizza around. Will be coming back to try more of the menu.

What a great experienced this last Sunday, this new location in Roanoke Tx, we drove 30 minutes to try the most delicious sandwich bites ever! Located inside a food hall country style in town. We love craft sausage and I remember ate This Chef Roger sandwich in a event in Dallas never forget it. We have pizza, sausage sandwich & brisket sandwich, delicious! My brisket sandwich made with slow-cooked, and a creamy barbeque sauce full of flavors …that you’ll dream about it long after your first taste. My family and I for sure will be back again.

Azores Craft Sausages & Charcuterie is such a great place. I haven’t had one thing there that I didn’t like and the atmosphere is great for lunch or a Saturday night. Lot’s of things to do in this food court too! Roger is so welcoming and friendly. Put this on your go to list, you won’t regret it! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This place is amazing, Roger the owner and chef provides excellent service and the food is just unbelievable, the quality of the ingredients is spectacular! We were in a group of friends who had a calabresa pizza, pao com linguica (Brazilian sausage on a bun) and roasted garlic hummus (this is vegan and it was the best combination of hummus with pickled veggies we ever had). We are definitely coming back!
