Went at 11 am, and they were pretty busy with togo orders already. The food is cooked fresh to order, so it is not a fast process. I do not recommend coming if you are in a rush. That aside, it was definitely worth the wait! It was hot and fresh. We ordered Chicken potstickers, 2 egg rolls, chicken teriyaki bowl, and a double spicy protein bowl. The double protein bowl was Teriyaki Steak and Spicy Teriyaki Chicken. I ordered it with noodles and mixed wok veggies. DELISH! They also have good dipping sauces. The potstickers and egg rolls were surprisingly flavorful and fresh! Solid 9/10, would definitely recommend!

Food was delicious! Of course I forgot to take a before picture. I ordered the steak bowl,spicy with fried rice, and veggies. The portions were generous and had plenty of flavor! The regular sized bowl is still pretty large for me so next time I am going to order the small. We waited some time for our order but that was expected for a Friday night. Allison made sure all the customers were ok and she was helping in every area of the restaurant! I’ll be back!!

Friendly service right when you walk in. The staff seemed really eager to please. The franchise owner/manager was there overseeing the operation, I imagine because it’s new. The drink machine ice output is very difficult to get ice out properly. I had to help another customer get ice, but that’s minor. The music variety is nice and current but it does have the profanities in it so this may not be the most kid friendly lol. Tiny bit loud but minor. They cook your food fresh each order so this isn’t fast food but the food is healthy and reasonably priced. I ordered spicy chicken with just veggies and with a drink and tax was $12.32. Very flavorful and fresh. From order to finish it took 9 mins to get my food. So delicious. Very impressed. I will be coming back.

I did a pick up order and they prepared the food very quickly and it was ready to go before the pickup time. The bowl I ordered was HUGE and I love that part. I was able to half for dinner and lunch the following day. However despite that, the only thing I was not satisfied with was the rice. It was overdone and had a mash potato vibe going. I steamed my own rice and took out the over cooked rice and it was fine. I don’t know if that was just a one time thing or something people can expect. I am willing to give them a second chance but it’s going to be a while. The beef and broccoli portion tasted great.

I was always get nervous with fast-food chains because normally the quality isn’t there and that’s what you pay for, the food here is fantastic and their fried rice is phenomenal. So much customization too, I haven’t found anything I haven’t liked but even if I did I’d have a dozen other combinations. Would recommend at least once.

Got there at 11. It seems everyone orders there from Uber; it took 20 minutes to get our food after placing the order. The cash register asks for a tip before I received service. I hate those. I guess everyone wants as much as they can get.
