I ordered a large cheese pizza and with extra cheese for which I paid an extra $4, I was very disappointed with the pizza as it looked medium sized and the cheese was non-existent, a very thin layer of cheese. Besides, when I asked about the crushed papers, they were asking for money and also for the sauce. Now I am calling and he is not picking up the phone. Pizza Hut ditched one of its customers forever

First time ordering from here. I requested contactless pickup… sat in the car 5-6 minutes and decided to call to see what was taking so long to bring my order out. First time, no answer, second time, Rep finally answered and after I told her I had been sitting in the car, she lied and said she came out but couldn’t see me. First of all, the entire storefront is glass so I can see her helping other customers. She didn’t acknowledge anything going on outside. I only called when she started taking new customers walking in. Second of all, there is absolutely no instruction on where to pick up your order. My pizza was cold, wet and the crust was stale. What a complete waste.

Absolutely terrible. The food to almost 2 hours to be delivered. I called the store and was told our pizzas would need another 10 minutes in the oven, and then it would be 15 minutes to deliver them. The second I hung up the phone I received a text saying my food was coming. When it got here the 2 of the pizzas we got had obviously gone through the oven twice one of the pizzas is pictured with the actually edible pieces having been eaten. This pizza was not supposed to be extra crispy. None of them were.

Ordered stuffed crust with double pepperoni and there was not even enough pepperoni for a regular pizza. This is not one-off since this is the second time in a row. No more since for $35 you expect generous portions.

I’ve gotten two cheese pizzas from this place over the course of the last month. The first one was overcooked, almost burned. Someone picked it up for me and didn’t check, and when they got to my house I was having a party and it was too late to replace it. My wife called and got a credit for the next time. Today she went to get another one, and apparently the guy said there was no credit on the account, and my wife talked to him until he gave this one for free, and he had an attitude (overweight guy, no name known), and then my wife didn’t check it until she got home, and it was overcooked as well! Never going back again. I’m posting a picture for evidence.

I placed an order for three pizzas to be ready for pickup when I got off work. They were done and waiting for me when I got there. Still nice and hot. The associate working was very nice and quick. The only problem was I ordered pepperoni and sausage on one of the pizzas but only got sausage. Not a big deal. My kids still at it happily.
