What a surprise to find so many vegan options at this little quaint place. The vegan Caesar was soo good! Not too spicy! My non vegan boyfriend enjoyed his vegan NYC state of mind with vegan pepper jack cheese. And the local teas were awesome

Seaside Bagels is, by far, the best bagel shop in Wilmington. Everything is very fresh and flavorful. They have an expansive vegan selection with so many delicious choices. I’d give it more than a five star review if that was possible.

Delicious bagels, and an entirely welcome vegan menu, to boot! My wife ordered from their normal menu (BLT) and I got a (vegan) New York State of Mind. While the latter didn’t look as appealing as a normal bacon egg and cheese bagel, it tasted great! Great option for vegans, bagel-lovers, or just humans in general.

I have eaten here every morning for 3 days while camping down the street and it has been amazing every morning. Great vegan options. I’ve had the Thelma and Louise all 3 mornings. My wife and kid have eaten different bagels and each have been really good. If we are ever back in this area we will be coming back.

I was staying at the nearby Beau Rivage and was delighted to find this treasure. I am recently vegan for medical reasons and still sorting it out. Walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. Started to order a breakfast vegan bagel sandwich and then said, “Wait, should I order something different?” They said yes and I ended up with the Thelma & Louise plus a delicious iced coffee w/ oat milk.
