Their new burger is not bad. Oddly mine was just above cold. My wife’s was hot. I ate it nonetheless and still thought it tasted good. I will try it again in hopes of it being hot. I’ve been happy for a while that they have normal straight fries, really did not like those abnormal fries.

Ordered everything custom, (yeah, I’m that guy sometimes), and everything was PERFECT. The staff was both friendly AND tolerant, not always the case when you sub and omit in everything. And since my closest Arby’s is an hour away in each direction, we ordered a LOT, and when we got home (ate the fries along the way… Oops), everyone had what they ordered. May not sound like much, but Order Perfection is getting rarer and rarer these days…

Great place, love their sandwiches. Got the Pecan Chicken Sandwich. Does not look like the promotion picture at all, not as filled with the salad part, but very good. Also, enjoyed their delicious Orange shake, and my all time favorite, Mozzarella Sticks. Yummm.

Look, it’s a fast food joint. I have tried all the wagyu burgers and am excited to try several other new sandwiches over the coming weeks. The staff is polite and food service is hehe ….fast. Bathrooms and fining room are always very clean as far as I’ve seen. Best fast food flavor in Payson IMHO

NATURE OF ALL THINGS
I normally don’t go to Arby’s that often. When I do go to this Arby’s location in Payson, AZ. I normally get the double roast beef sandwich meal large. I also like that they have diet Dr pepper at this location. I was disappointed to find out that this location or maybe all Arby’s locations don’t carry the pecan chicken sandwich year round. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five because they don’t carry this sandwich. Sometimes I get the coupons for the pecan chicken sandwich in the mail so that’s good. I wish they would really carry the sandwich year round. It is a good sandwich and it’s also healthy. so anyways this is a typical Arby’s. It has all the sandwiches and drinks and fries that you find at a typical Arby’s. Other than that it’s a good place to eat if you like Arby’s and you like curly fries.

All the people who work here are super nice and my food seems to always come out fast and I’m always asked if I had a good experience I always do never have anything negative to say one time this happened 2 years ago there was a customer who was belittling me based on my race also made hateful gestures and the team member immediately walked up and asked for them to leave nicely or they will call the police the hateful individual left and I was safe thankyou thanks Arbys
